New fall Hours as of Oct 1st: Open Thur and Fri 9-5 and Saturday and Sunday 9-4. Closed Mon, Tues, Wed. Select your pumpkins, gourds and cornstalks from our large supply. Most have been picked from the field as the deer have been getting into them every night.  The PYO tomato patch still has an abundant supply of main season red and green varieties. The price for PYO is $1.00/lb red or green. Surprisingly, the fall raspberries are producing resulting in a very limited supply of Fall Gold and Red Polana available for picking. The farmstand is stocked daily straight from our fields with a variety of vegetables including tomatoes, kale, Broccoli, Swiss chard.  We still have peppers, summer squash and Zucchini, however it's late in the season for these three warm weather crops and they are winding down.  We have Buttercup winter squash with cooking tips and recipes.  Our fall plantings of broccoli, spinach, lettuces, swiss chard and kale have been planted. We will begin picking the new broccoli on Thurs 10/11.    We no longer have PYO grapes. Our handmade herbal soaps are sold at the farm stand year round. They are very long lasting and provide a luxurious lather and are made without animal products or synthetic fragrances. Call the farm phone @ 868-2001 anytime for updates or check here.

The PYO tomato patch is open with an abundant supply of early and early main season varieties. The price for PYO  is  $1.00/lb  red or green.  This year the patch has approx 800 tomato plants with 13 varieties.    We are about 4-5 days  away from having a quantity of ripe Romas and Viva Italianos, however the growing conditions earlier in the season were not favorable for them resulting in a diminished crop.   Raspberries season is just about over. It takes a lot of work to fill your baskets and requires searching and picking down low and inside the bushes.    This week the farm hours are Mon thru Fri 9am - 6pm. Sat 9 - 4 and Sunday 12 - 4pm. Our peaches are selling very quickly and almost all are picked. We will have them several more days.  We also have 2 varieties of PYO green beans. We'll start the day with sweet corn on Tuesday, and may run out before the afternoon.  Randy has some large plantings coming along and hopes to be into them by this weekend.  At the farm stand we will offer tomatoes, pickling cukes, kale, Swiss chard, broccoli, traditional and eight ball zucchini. We also offer specialty cut Lisianthus stems in white and purple and a few potted perennials.  Our handmade herbal soaps are sold at the farm stand year round.  My latest favorite is Ginger Garden.  Call the farm phone @ 868-2001 anytime for updates or check here.
