November 14th and we still have tomatoes and lettuce and more

11/13/2009 6:03pm

We are open the weekend of November 14th and 15th from 10am to 4pm.  We still have lettuce, tomatoes, swiss chard, and 8 varieties of potatoes which include white, Nicola Gold, Satina Gold, Red Norlands, Russetts, Blue Adirondacks, French red fingerlings and yellow Russan  Banana fingerlings. The fingerlings are sold in quart boxes for $5 each and hold about 2.5 lbs.  All other potatoes are sold in 5lb bags for $4.50 and 10lb bags for $8.

We have dried hot ristra peppers sold either seperately or by the plant for $6 each.

Next week, November 21st will be the last of the Northwood indoor farmer's markets. We will have a booth there as well as be open here at the farm. Starting on the 21st we will have freshly made fir, mixed fir and blue spruce wreaths and all sorts of handmade soaps.
